2024 Individual and Family Plans

Open enrollment is closed for 2024 coverage. However, individuals can still enroll during a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) if there is a qualifying event as defined by the IRS. Qualifying events include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, and a change in your employment or your spouse’s employment. Enrollment during a Special Enrollment Period must occur within 31 days of the qualifying event, and supporting documentation of the event may be required.

Lower Costs with a Subsidy

Depending on your income and family size, you may qualify for a subsidy. A subsidy is a premium tax credit that helps lower your monthly premium total. Use our subsidy tool to see if your household is eligible. Subsidies are available on our plans.
